EAGLE is a booking application within the EID, an ICE-owned shared common database repository for several DHS law enforcement and homeland security applications. EAGLE is used by ICE law enforcement officers to process the biometric and biographic information of individuals arrested by ICE for criminal violations of law and administrative violations of the INA.
