An imaginary tool that forecasts the next Pantone Color of the Year by randomly pairing a given flower with one of the 140 standard color names supported by CSS. The color itself is spontaneously generated, resulting in amusing incongruities and chance correlations. For a brief period, the forecaster assumed the form of a small contraption on the New Haven Green, broadcasting its predictions via Instagram.
